Holos Therapies offers a wide range of holistic therapies in the comfort of your own home. We also provide services to local businesses, health centre’s, hospitals and hospices and to various community projects and events.

At Holos Therapies we believe that a whole person approach is central to the effective practive of healthcare and that there are an increasing number of people who use or want to use alternative healing therapies as well as conventional medicine.

An holistic or alternative practitioner never diagnoses but can be of added value to the medical profession. For people with unexplained, complex or long-term illness a Holistic Therapist takes time to see beyond the symptoms or the disease and looks at the whole person. Also many fit and healthy people consider regular sessions of reflexology and massage to be an essential aspect of health and wellbeing rather than simply being a luxury.
